Аннотация
The seminar will be a discussion of important principles and rules that
may be helpfull in writing and speaking scientific English. Our main aim
is to clarify at least some of the difficulties and illustrate most
common mistakes. We shall start with some general rules of the use of
scientific English. Discussions in English commonly are a hard job for
foreigners. Students are expected to give short presentations which will
be followed by questions and discussions. Writing a scientific paper is
a complicated task that requires certain background and qualification,
but some general features will be demonstrated based on examples from
actual papers.
